Pilton Video & Creative Scotland present as programme of films from East & Central Scotland, part of the Creative Identities programme involving a varied portfolio of film, media, dance and arts projects working with looked after young people, young carers and young people at risk.

‘Mum’s Birthday’ is a poignant drama about a newly single parent father who must overcome heartbreak to save the relationship with his son on his wife’s birthday.

Creative Identities (East & Central Scotland)
An 18 month Scottish Screen and Scottish Arts Council Young Peoples Project with Scottish Government funding.
Creative Identities will involve a varied portfolio of dance, arts, and moving image media projects working primarily with looked after and accommodated young people,
and young carers.
Creative Identities has been funded through the Scottish Government's CashBack for Communities Initiative.
Creative Identities workshops will be held in East and Central Scotland – Edinburgh, West, East & Mid Lothian, Stirling, Fife, Falkirk and Clackmannanshire.
